I found my old diet spread sheet from the last time I lost weight. I'd been talking about how much easier it'd been then, and how much faster the weight had come off. But in reality I was losing weight slower than I am now. About 8 lbs per month. Before I started at 165 and this time I started at 175, so that'll tack on about a month more, but I am losing faster.

Everything seems so much better after it's finished, right?

Today I have to be at work until 8:15. But I won't be near a fridge so I won't be able to binge. Silver lining.

Advice: Does anyone actually like swimming? What do you like about it? What sort of routine do you do? I have to swim for health reasons (I have to be in cool water for at least 20 minutes each morning, including my head) but it's soooooo boring. I think I must not be doing it right.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like to imagine I'm in space with zero gravity. I rarely do the same stroke for more than a lap. Try standing on your hands and walking underwater that say if you are physically able.

"Try standing on your hands and walking underwater" Ha! That would not be boring! But then I wouldn't get to see the faces of the people in the lane next to me!
