These are great! Just don't have coffee/caffeine too close to bedtime (less than 6 hours) or your sleep might be interrupted. And keep your intake low, caffeine is highly addictive...

Buenita 💙 Most of us have heard these before, but I know the visuals always help me to remember better. I hope you had a truly wonderful day as well, my friend💕

JoeinHouston...I agree about the caffeine late in the day, for sure! I also don't quite agree with eating 'tons' of fruit & veggies, but most of us don't eat nearly enough of them or a very large variety of them. Thanks for commenting and visiting my page. After reading your bio I see that you are quite the example for us 'seniors'. Well done sir!👍

I also don't completely agree with NO snacking. I think that as long as there is room in my daily calorie budget...I can eat healthfully between meals. I've just got to faithfully log every bite 😇

The fiber is one I find helpful. Plus, it makes your gut microbes happy 😊

I don't think zero calorie drinks are bad -- protein shakes are pretty filling!

ScorpionCard...yup, I've been known to have protein shakes myself! and they ARE very filling 👍💯
