Ok so I didn't fall off the wagon, persay... more like threw myself off the cliff with arms flailing. lol. HOWEVER... I gained about 5lbs back and have been eating horribly, and haven't exercised... and have been feeling like ass. SO... time to turn around and strap myself back into the wagon, because it *was* working. So my new goal right now is to lose 28lbs by Kaleidoscope (July 29th). I'd like to try and lose the first 8lbs by the end of May, and then try for a steady 2-3lbs per week... ish. 190lbs by May 31st, 180lbs by June 30th, and 170lbs by July 29th... ish. According to a friend, this is "Project NFK". I'll buy that. :)
