I found the 400 calorie fix in the diet list. I LOVE IT!!!!!! Who all else out there is on this??

It is simple, simple, simple. It is sometimes called the flat belly diet. Eat 4 meals per day--about 400 calories each. Never let yourself get hungry. If you want to eat more than 4 times a day--split one of the 400's into 2 200 calorie snacks. Do not load one meal with 800 to 1200 calories--spread it out.It is helping me with portion control. I am not craving (because I can eat whenever and whatever--with attention to the 400 limit each time. There are times when we go out and I will do a 600 calorie meal, but I try to NEVER go over that. Pick and choose--being picky with how I use my 400 is easy one meal at a time. book is by Liz Vaccariello. I love it!!!!
