Okay. I'm back on a diet, again. I have GOT to learn how to get off of this ride. I'm like an addict. Lose weight--relax--gain weight--diet--lose weight--relax--gain weight---over and over and over. I do not eat out of boredom. I am not depressed. I am HUNGRY. I'm like a shark--I've been hungry almost constantly since I was 4 years old. Keto does help, but it's getting BORING as a way of life.

Maybe giving up nicotine at the same time was a bad idea?

I am in the same boat except I quit smoking many years ago. I am starting again and I just keep telling myself, food is fuel, NOT for pleasure. I want to get down and stay down so I can walk across yard without having to stop as back is in agony and I get short of breath. I have to stick to Keto as lifestyle to stay healty once I get there. You can do it!
