My weight loss is slow but it is still occurring so I am grateful for that. Slow is probably better for me in every way. The chief reason it is slow is because I am still trying to figure out how to eat right for me. Eating lots of candy, sugar, carbs, bread, pasta, rice, starches, etc. is definitely not right for me. LOL. I hated to see all that go but my pancreas was overwhelmed and now I am paying for it with type 2 diabetes. My exercise needs to be increased and I am working on that too. There is always some reasonable reason the exercise can't be done - too hot, too cold, too sick, no time - but done it must be. I am doing it.
