Today I had an 8 week reassessment of my body at my gym, in 8 weeks of strength/weight training with some cardio, I lost 8 lbs of body fat; and gained 4 lbs of muscle. I am at 35% body fat, and I started out at 40% 8 weeks ago...I am very excited, because this means my body is changing and the weight training really works.

My b/p was 120/80
