I thought that completing two workouts yesterday would have resulted in a drop of at least two tenths of a pound, but I gained .8. Such is life
218.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You gain before you lose, don't know why...wait a month before your first weigh in...thats what I am doing, but if that is too long at least 2 weeks
