still feeling sore, but i have less pain.
checked the scale, no noticeable improvement.
becoming unpatient, sort off.
as i said goal is to keep up with yoga weather 10 min/day or 1hr/day just keep going.so somtimes im bearly dragging myself for 10 min on the mat.
it give you a sense of calm and it improves backpain and firms muscles.
my diet is going on peacefully wit some slip ups materialized in some pizza or a cookie.(or more)
still im managing to lose around half a kilo/week(well not always).
i was thinking of going vegetarian but im not ready yet.
checked tummy-less fat in midsection and i can see daily improvement.(tiny).

So after many months of dieting, after finally starting some regular workout i see there is no magic in all this. i came to a point where im doing this for health, to be able to do pushups, to stand on my arms, to get a sixpack.

it's slow, you need patience willpower and commitment. i already learned some healthy eating principles, some calorie counting, which food contains what vitamin, proteins, carbs and being in tune with my own body.

i'm still not so good about exercises, i don't know too much about what to do but i'm going with guided yoga so its ok.

Yoga is an excellent practice and as you said it improves strength, flexibility and reduces pain. Keep keepn on and you will get there eventually.
