Today is my first day using FatSecret. I've been on and off Weight Watchers for probably 8 years now, every time with varying degrees of success. But then I would get lazy, stop tracking my points and all the weight (sometimes plus more) would pile right back on. But this time I have a specific goal, besides just wanting to be healthy. I'm going on a cruise over Christmas this year and am determined to wear a swimsuit without feeling completely disgusted with myself!

Welcome aboard. Reading your post the word lazy jumped out at me. I think you hit upon the key word~~~lazy. I had not thought of it that way, I don't look at myself as a lazy person but that is what happens to me. I get tired of it all and then slack off and that equals becoming lazy with it all. You are a wise woman, good insight into what makes you get off track and insight for me too. :-)
