This week decided to reset workout routine, going to do 3 cardio days in a row so I can give muscles a break from the lifting every other day. So full body workout after work on Friday followed by two more days of cardio. Which will allow me to start new routine Monday to keep muscles guessing and not become a stagnate workout but fun and ever changing.
210.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
