Finally, some sunshine! I don't know how long it will last, but I'm going to enjoy it while it does. I've been really good at sticking with my points. It's amazing how great I feel. I have way more energy and I actually want to be up and moving. What took me so long to finally make this change...lol.

I remember the first day that it hit me about the energy increase. I had been seeing the increase daily by tasks that were getting done, but just hadn't taken the time to feel it. I was standing in the Sunday School Classroom waiting for my daughter in dance class and I couldn't sit down and couldn't quit moving. It was wonderful.
