As expected I'm experiencing (after a very fast drop the two days before) a small set back.

But today is end of week 12 and I've averaged 6 kilos (13 lb) every 4 weeks for a total of 18 kilos (almost 40 lb) in less than 3 months.


For April I expect to go under 95 kilos (210 lb) and very close to leaving the Obese 1 classification and be able to say, as Kartman would say: "I not fat, I'm buff".
216.5 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
