Why am I here?
I have been overweight all my life (except for a very short time when I did a very horrific diet), but this is the only time when I feel wrong physically. This is why I decided to quit the bad habits and start a challenge. I relapsed once yesterday by eating junk snacks but this doesn't spell the end for my challenge because ultimately the objective of this challenge is that I quit a bad habit and instate instead a healthy one. So I stopped drinking soda and go for green tea instead when I need something other than water Now I'm trying to look for healthy snacks by going for fruits It is all very slow change but I slightly feel better in my body though I know it is still a long way ahead.
