What a surprise when I weighed in this Morning - I'm now weighing in at 139.0 lbs AWESOME!!! My goal has been met and then some. Now I need to weigh in EVERY DAY to keep my weight under control. Thursday, we'll leave for the Rod Run to the End of The World at Ocean Park ( Long Beach ). I had a very good day. I had 1/2 cup of Ice Cream this Evening. Tomorrow when I weigh in, I'll find out how that effects my weight. Now it's just playing with what and how much I can eat WITHOUT gaining weight. That's about it for now......Marlene
