Bropa's Journal, 22 November 2021

Took a week off to reset, after a 12 week sprint. Lost 25 pounds in 12 weeks. One of the best 12 week “camp” that I’ve had in recent years. After one week off, I feel sluggish tired and restless. Today I went back to the gym and this morning I went for a nice walk. Back to the grind, see what we can do before Christmas
