3/38/11 I have been reducing my junk food intake during the week by bringing fruit, nuts and cheese to snack on. For the past two weeks I have avoided Dr. Peppers during the week but have had a few on the weekends. I feel a little better about my eating habits but need to add more activity in the evenings.
