😳 Why am I embarrassed by this measurement? I even weighed myself four times to be sure. I find it difficult to believe. That said, I claim it! 😉😁

I thank you all for your support, as two days ago I was ready to eat myself into a mini oblivion. I guess it’s a good reminder we don’t really know what is going on in our bodies, and since my procedure I guess mine has been retaining something.

223.0 lb Lost so far: 70.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
