Good afternoon, I just took my first long walk I walked three blocks which is good for me considering I was in a wheelchair before I use my Walker and I think I did pretty good. But now I have a question whenever I added my walk to my exercise thing it automatically added calories burned for sleep and rest and I don't know how to change that?

I don't think you can change that. It frustrated me too. When I log my exercise class it looked gs it at about 500 calories burned but then adds resting calories burned.. sometimes it shows like 1800 calories burned...that would be amazing but unrealistic..

I make a custom exercise that I can say how many hours at how many calories. So I put fitbit at 23 hours and 1250 calories, but I think you can set that to be "measured" and make it 1 calorie in 23 hours. You can not make it zero, but it will take 1 as an amount

You are doing great. Just keep walking and tweaking....Metabolism is increased overall with added daily exercise....although I don't usually notice the added energy as quickly as you have....so your sleep Improved as well. I noticed I dreamed more...
