Okay well I guess that little bit lost is a start. I have a feeling this is going to take a while but I am going to make time to exercise more. I've only make it once so far this week. I have till Monday before I enter my weight again.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
