Keeping my water intake up, 3rd day with a lower carbs, no sugar. Have a slight headache. Hope to take a bike ride tomorrow for a little bit of exercise.

Going through what we call "keto flu." Should be gone by tomorrow. Make sure you drink some "bouillion" to keep your sodium levels up. Hang in there! You can do it!

Thank you so much for commenting. The headache is easing up some. Going to a movie tomorrow, trying to think of some lower carb snack to take. Maybe almonds or beef jerky.

Pork rinds skins (might have to get that from an outside store) to munch on. Have a good breakfast, i.e. 2 large links of pork sausage or 5 strips of bacon, 2 eggs, coffee/tea and if you like cheese, have some of that and grab a water bottle and sip while you are going to the movies. Then you will be in control of your appetite. You might not want anything at the movies then. Glad that you are feeling better and stick with it. It's a little bumpy right now but pretty soon you will know how to navigate this way of eating. Have a great time today!
