My goal is to be in much better fitness shape by Dec 23 of this year.
298.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

by Dec 23 - great, a set up date!)) But "much better fitness shape" is not a measurable goal - try to express such as "such and such muscle/fat ratio in my body", or "able to cycle such a distance with such a pulse", etc.)) Good luck and all support to you!
