Well, I managed to get back down under 210. I haven't worked out at all to speak of, but I have been alot more active over the last couple of weeks. Working around the house, inside and outside, moving around alot more at work and not sitting behind the desk as much. I just might manage to get down to under 200 before Memorial Day weekend. I am still impressed by, and motivated to keep knocking my weight down, by seeing how hard my beautiful wife is working at losing weight herself, great job Jenn-e!
