And into a new weight category I go... 204's... haven't see that in for freakin ever. Well not too sure that 199 is probable by the 29th, but I am gonna sure as hell try to get there. Starting P90X tonight, we shall see what kind of results I get from that. I might still keep Mondays and Fridays for 60 minute burn downs on the treadmill. Time for the next phase of this little trip...

Well, well, well.... I guess going against my arch nemisis the evil TREADMILL is working. I did 65 minutes last Friday, 30 minutes on Monday and 40 minutes on Tuesday plus I have been trying REALLY hard to keep better tabs on what and how much I am eating. My goal of 199 by Memorial day may still be a possibility. I just need to keep cranking up and pushing out the workouts until I get there, and then maintaining it once I am there.
On a side note: I have to say CONGRADULATIONS to my beautiful, strong, and fit wife Jenn-e who just got down to 158! You kick ass baby, you motivate me to workout harder and longer everytime I go to the gym!

Well shit! I manage to pass my weigh in, and PRT last week. And now I am back up 3 lbs... I guess I need to really, really, really get off of my ass and get into the gym a whole lot more than I have. I also need to watch what I am eating better.

Official PRT weigh in today. 206, 5lbs under my max weight. First time in over 10 years that I was under 210 for one of these weigh in's. Still not down to 199 like I want... but still keeping it under 210.
