tomorrow is the day to weigh myself. I'm terrified! Following the new Atkins gives me a huge feeling of guilt and insecurity ! I feel like I'm cheating since I`m no longer avoiding fats and no longer counting calories ... and I always starved because of it. I do not feel a difference in my clothes yet. But also, it's just my second week !!!!! Hopefully I lost some weight .... so I could get more confident from now on. Oh God. help me!!! :(
