Saturday's agape:

For the main course, yassa chicken - Roasted lime+dijon mustard+spices+oil-marinated chicken with caramelized onions. Traditional dish from Sénégal, very difficult to not go for a second serving. 410 kcal, could be reduced with less peanut oil, add 190 kcal for the serving of rice (41% carbs, 39% fat, 20% protein).

And to welcome the first rain since march, a seasonal fresh pumpkin pie with homemade crust and chantilly. The pumpkins were microwaved in their skin to keep all their nutrients. First pie in my life! Turned out pretty good to my taste, but was received as not sweet enough. People have forgotten what the non plastic-wrapped food tastes like. (250 kcal for 1/8th of 11" pie + 100 kcal whipped cream, half fat and 40% carbs). I used non-fat evaporated milk and stevia, so no sugar at all, but the shortening in the dough cannot be replaced easily.

About 1,000 kcal if you can stop at one slice of pie, which I did.

So good! I've looked up the recipe for Yassa chicken. Never heard of it before. Looks very good. And the pie looks amazing. Shortening in the pie is indeed hard to substitute - I'm glad you didn't. That's the reason I don't bake anymore, I try to make everything healthier and in the end it doesn't taste good. I bet the food is great! From your comments it sounds like you are a great cook.

Thank you all for the kind words. @Shrewdness, the filling has no added sugar and no other day than the eggs. I suppose it could be baked in ramekins for a crustless pumpkin pie.

Without crust, the filling comes in at @ 65 kcal per quarter cup.
