Trying not to get frustrated by the weight gain. I know that the increase could be due to muscle gain because I've workout (HIIT) 4-5 days a week for 15-30 minutes. I've been following keto close to 60 days (27th will be 60 days) and I have seen the definition I am after. I plan to keep at this for at least another 30-60 days. I hope to experience better results by then.
