Awake again in the night. Went back to bed at 4:30 and sort of dozed until nearly 8 - felt decent when I got up. Colin got here at 9:30 and we went to harvest at the MSG. He was a great help, especially willing to take on the straightening of the very tangled tomato cages, and reweaving branches back in for better support. We had a good conversation, and had lunch at Mellow Mushroom with a beer. Farish was shopping and didn't join us. Later I will go walk and shop at Lenox, then planning on salmon for dinner, and a little TV. Tomorrow it's back to hawking bags and bottles.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
