Oh the veggies, not a huge fan. I have probably eaten more this last week than I have in 10 years, and that is good. My kids were crying a few days ago because they had to eat broccoli lol they survived. I think the hardest part of this lifestyle change has been getting my kids on board with it. Well not like they have a choice, but it would have been a heck of a lot easier to teach them from a younger age then to wait until they are 5 and 6 years old.

A share on what I did to get my son and husband to start eating veggies. I smothered them in cheese. Not the best way to go about it. They had cheese, mine was plain. They now both eat steamed veggies and won't eat them any other way. Sometimes we've got to resort to evil methods to get on track. It worked.

Maybe try one of those spiral things that make the veggies look more fun. And a yogurt for dipping. Sneak them into a spinach tortilla wrap. Forcing them will definitely turn them off.. like, how many adults actually like 'liver' now because they were forced as kids.
