I can't really tell if I'm losing weight by cutting calories and doing healthy things, or if I'm losing weight because I weighed in today while wearing a pair of sweats and sandles today and I'm normally weighing in wearing a pair of jeans. So, question: how much does a pair of jeans weigh?

I'm really proud of myself. I haven't been snacking after 10:00 at night and I don't really chow down on a lot of fried things anymore. Interesting fact of the day: I'm starting to feel kinda sick if I do eat a lot of high calorie foods. For instance, I ate pizza yesterday, and while I would normally chow down on the whole thing? I only ate two servings before I felt seriously sick. I think I need to start weighing in consistently with clothes that I know how much they weigh.

I know they say you're supposed to weigh in first thing in the morning, but I don't actually have a scale at home. I've been weighing in from work. At any rate, I feel like I've been doing good. I'm going to go get some animal crackers now aaaaand enjoy my morning!
