I had a high anxiety day. I didn't have anything to be anxious about, just felt anxious all day. This definitely made me feel like I wanted to eat. I didn't, thank goodness for a plan and a routine! What is interesting is to note that anxiety makes me want to eat in order to comfort myself. Quite the revelation and something to keep an eye on.

When I get that anxious feeling and want to eat something that I know is bad for me, I walk away from the kitchen. I know I am not really hungry, it's just wanting comfort. You are really sticking to your weight loss goals! Your weight loss history is wonderful!
