yes, my favorite. fried catfish. but I have had it grilled and it's very good.

Looks delicious. I love anything that was once swimming, but salmon and catfish are fishy favs. Shrimp and crab are wonderful too. Sadly I live in Kansas. You can't get more landlocked!
