It’s weird because the low was 35*F and the high was 65*F. All in all, great adventure!

Sand is one of the best workouts. All the micro movement engage more muscle fibers. No dunes by me, so you and your motivated pup will have to keeping doing them for me 😊

That is AMAZING and so exotic!!! I can’t even imagine doing that (I’d probably get buried in sand or something 😏) Minnesota is so boring… and don’t even get me started on how much I hate winter. You are blessed to live there!
