I've been too busy, hubby had to go to his heart dr. today, she wanted to send him to the hospital cause he hadn't been eating right, even tho I've been making everything. I had to get food in him, hamburger pattie, kale, and garbanzo beans /low sodium. Orange juice, /Simply orange, and Pomegranate juice. High in Potassium which she said was too low.

He also is on prescription for Potassium. Sorry folks have not had time to exercise today or yesterday. But I sure got my steps in even tho I don't have a tracker. Can't afford one.

cute pic. not sure what your budget is but I got my Fitbit refurbished off eBay for $30. I always get 2 or 3 model years old. I'm super cheap.
