Ugh, it's been a heck of a week. I have been going up and down the same few ounces all week. I don't log ounces in my history so I haven't logged anything in a while. Well, it looks like my 'friend' is finally moving on so maybe now I can get back to exercising regularly and not craving everything under the sun.
