Getting back on track today and feeling better....I added almonds this week and is nice to have something new. I cant wait for the berries..... Next week I'm going to start my garden so I will be getting some exercise in. Love to plant seeds and watch them grow...it gives me a great feeling to know that with a little love and care I can grow my own veggies.
