Well, the salmon doesn't sound like a bad choice, especially if it was a small portion. Sometimes you're not going to have ideal choices so you go with the best possible choice and move on. The thing I like about Fat Smash is the idea that going off the list of foods for one meal isn't going to do anything terrible. And yeah, the only times I've really gone off the reservation are times when I either a) don't eat frequently enough or b) don't plan healthy snacks and meals. It's really the key to any success.
