The weather here has been ridiculous; 85 - 90 degrees - but still no reason what so ever to cheat. I took my son to TGI Fridays for dinner - Kids eat free on Monday. I got one of the right portion meals - Cedar Salmon with pasta. Guess I could have picked something better but these are portion controlled meals so they are 1/2 the calories of the regular meal. I did drink a diet coke though. I didn't prepare any meals so this is the result of not preparing. Oh well onto the next day.

Well, the salmon doesn't sound like a bad choice, especially if it was a small portion. Sometimes you're not going to have ideal choices so you go with the best possible choice and move on. The thing I like about Fat Smash is the idea that going off the list of foods for one meal isn't going to do anything terrible. And yeah, the only times I've really gone off the reservation are times when I either a) don't eat frequently enough or b) don't plan healthy snacks and meals. It's really the key to any success. So, like you said, on to another day. You can do it!
