Ok so I've got to actually do this. Between getting weighed at the doctor's yesterday, and then seeing pictures of myself from 10 years ago when I was 20-25 pounds lighter, I'm slightly depressed. And if we're thinking of trying for kids any time in the next year, I should be in shape first. I can do this. I just have to make it a priority.
