This is my first day of attempting to lose weight in a healthy and comfortable way. I'm attempting to stop binge eating as badly as I do and I am attempting to make healthy choices for myself and my room mates. So far, I've been drinking cold water instead of snacking at my desk at work. I took a ten minute walk around the building at lunch, so that's proving to be a little more activity than I usually get. I'm hoping that improving my overall health and diet will make me less tired all the time and more apt to choose being active over sitting around and playing video games all day.
