sebenernya pernah baca, perlu tambahan +-600kkal..
tapi ini si bayi abis ini mau MPASI.. jadi aq curi start -2 mggu untuk mulai diet.. tpi ga ketat kak..
jumlah kaloriku klo dihitung dg sekitar 1600 klo di FS, tp dikantor ada kalkulator kalori yg juga masukin berat kegiatan kantor, karena aq cuman duduk aja.. maka makin dikit lah perhitungannya. jadi 1325 kkal...
