Aaaawww, yess. Despite some social anxiety I dragged my insecure butt to the gym and came out feeling a lot better.
I'm still going to have to get used to exercise on my new meds (stimulant type). I'm definately going to be relaxed and positive about my workouts and I'm excited about developing my own plan and adjusting as I go.
I'm lucky to be studying exercise physiology etc. , it feels like I have gotten a better view on exercise, far beyond calories and weight-loss. If you aim for health and listen to your body, your thighs will thank you too!
And when in doubt. . .help eachother out!! (Dunno what's up with the catchphrases and fortune cookie insights lately, but hey. .words are more powerful than we could imagine)
Here's to light hearts and happy bodies giving us happy hearts and light bodies! (I'm on a roll, haha, just go with it)
Go well*

Awesome job on making it to the gym and getting past the anxiety. Keep up the positivity, it's always welcomed. I like this one..."If you aim for health and listen to your body, your thighs will thank you too!" Best wishes!

yes really people do make it seem hard and depending on how serious you are that all that really makes it easy or not...if you are truely dedicated then just make the healthy choices and exercise regularly (dont even need gym, just a brisk walk or taking the stairs instead of elevator) and you'll see the weight will slip off :)
