went to 9:10 class, then came right home to await UPS delivery of Dell external hard drive. Trouble with email - a few things come in, but most don't, and nothing goes out. Called Donna that I might not make Tai Chi, then missed it, then noticed I had mis-read the UPS notice, and time was 2:00 - 5:00. Declined to walk with Mol due to this, then the guy comes at 6:45. Mol came to visit anyway, as PT had been rough and she didn't want to overdo walking. Stewed over bottle order, talked to Emily, left Beth a message, and talked to Gerri Brooks at Branders. Beth's latest suggestion has been discontinued, so that makes a decision easier. Cleared out a ton of old recipes after left with many stragglers unfiled - looking for drain cleaning proportions....felt good to get some of that recycled. Also cleared out some files, as in old Property Committee agendas. Quiet evening.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
