woke up early - 4ish, and stayed up. Got a few things done, then Jeff picked me up to go to the Duke 4th party at a neat house on Clermont in Va/Highlands that King/Patsy/Erin/Matt rented for the event. We visited a bit, then went for a walk, came back and had some breakfast. Mimosa, champagne, then lunch of cold cuts, etc, then came home for a break and a 90 minute nap. Had made a new dip of ricotta, Boursin, and goat cheese, with tomatoes, garlic, oil and basil, which people seemed to enjoy. Went back about 5:45 after talking to Linda, who said Arthur was a no-brainer in Winterville. Dinner was burgers and salad, then another walk and some fireworks. Came home and had a beer which I really didn't need!
109.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
