Ok, there's your public service announcement for today lol!!! I'm finally getting my weight and caloric intake in check, and the weight is stable to a slow gain lol. Dr happy! !
129.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
