so today wa sthe forst day of my diet im not strong lol well i had a snake when i wa smaking kids breakky but fo rstupied reason i ate a muffin on my drive to noos but then the good news is i went on a 8km walk through the noosa nataionl park was hard but yay for me i done it then i came home and picked kids up from school played in the yaed with them then had chines for dinner tat tat tat y did i have that hope fully tomorrow will be better aiming for 1.5 kg losse this week
