His hours at work changed, also where he works, he can't take lunch with him while he works this post so I stayed up to make him the oatmeal and fruit in a mason jar so he could have nourishment and more than just a cup of coffee.

Waiting for him to head to work soon. it's 5:40 a.m. and I'll head to bed. :) Ohh that sounds delightful. Not sure if I should do my weigh-in now or after I wake up.
