Working up the strength again in my legs, the whole idea of the Elliptical was to replace walking, this neighborhood isn't that safe with all the stray dogs. I can't let that rule my life though so I'm on my journey with using it, my Strider, which I cannot log as exersise ause I cannot find it listed. And doing wall plank push ups .

With all this and better eating and support from all, I look forward to this journey continuing in a good way.

I get my inspiration from everyone here, thank you for all you do.
