I injured my knee and had a knee sprain for the past 3 weeks. I was unable to work out and I began eating a lot more carbs. I now weigh more than I ever have in my life. I am so depressed I feel like I don't know where to start to lose weight. I guess writing everything I eat maybe the best start. I still can't workout too much because my knee has not completely healed. I am praying for success.
