Did good today. Stayed busy (thats nothing new!) but was wondering if I would maintain lower calories on the weekend.
Made a really nice dinner, grilled chicken, salad and grilled shrimp.
Really only ate what I was hungry for...1/2 breast, a few shrimp and 1/2 cup rice...oh yeah, lots of water and salad before. Didnt clean my plate, much to my basset hounds delight!

Hit the free wights for the first time in over a year. Kept it light as i TEND TO OVERDO AND BURN OUT!
