Well Hi there, after stress, weight gain, and getting on the right track again it's been a rollercoaster. I went up to 175 pounds, bad eating stress, etc. I am losing again and now back down to 158. I have bought another exercise machine and I have been cooking all no sodium /low sodium foods. My Dr and husband are very happy for me and most of all I'm happy . My goal is 140 but I will still do the 5 pounds at a time. so as not to get over-stressed.
